See the bottom of the post of mine. It specifically mentions Red Giant and Video Copilot. Red Giant had some updates, and Video Copilot is investigating an issue that is hitting some suers of Element 3D.

Well, I just got around to trying this and while it certainly does make a valiant attempt, it does not transfer everything.  So, here I am, downloading a ton of new things from Red Giant, not sure if Element even works yet.
