Normally when rendering multiple comps in AE, I'll add one comp to the render queue, setup the render location, then grab the 8-10 other comps from the project window and drag them into the Render Queue.. all of those comps will also render to that same folder.. lastly, I setup an exact duplicate of my output module in AME, and set that up to render through AME exclusively.. In AE CC, the render took 5:47... in AME CC2014 with AE open as well, it took 9:40...
