I'd believe that. I know that our deliveries have all been PR4444, but what happens to the file after the client has it is on them. I've seen our beautiful details get muddied and destroyed on numerous PR4444 deliveries that eventually made their way to MTV. The broadcast was worse than 1080 YouTube, which is also pretty bad.

You would think - but some local television stations actually specify
h264 for delivery of commercials for air. Big markets, too.
