Use the following formats for DCPs:
Flat: 1998x1080
Scope: 2048x858
Full: 2048x1080
HD: 1920x1080

Make sure that your video is @24fps, AME DCP only supports 24fps DCPs.

I had been sending them as 1920 X1080 Pro Res 422 and outputting through Compressor using a QUBExport product. The new Adobe support for DCP allows me to use multiple workstations for the DCP output!
