I also took a look at the media portal user manual = (http://help.adobe.com/en_US/scene7/mediaportal/scene7_mediaportal_help.pd= f). There doesn't seem to be anything specific about viewing video = content. As best I could tell, Studio 7 encodes the footage that you give it to = various settings for various devices. There's a good chance that you're = client is only viewing the 960x540 result. As such, it's less about the = footage that you're giving them and more about how it's getting encoded = in Scene 7. Hmm=85 I'm wondering how one would best put this to their client. = "Please check the encode settings being used in Scene 7 and make sure = that they are in keeping with what you are expecting."
