Hi Jim:

I took a quick look at the Adobe Scene 7 user manual (http://help.adobe.com/en_US/scene7/using/scene7_help.pdf).

From what I read on page 212 to 213 under Supported video file types for encoding, it looks like any of the Vimeo HD 1080 presets in Adobe Media Encoder would be fine (same settings one would use for Vimeo or YouTube).

I also took a look at the media portal user manual (http://help.adobe.com/en_US/scene7/mediaportal/scene7_mediaportal_help.pdf).  There doesn't seem to be anything specific about viewing video content.

As best I could tell, Studio 7 encodes the footage that you give it to various settings for various devices.  There's a good chance that you're client is only viewing the 960x540 result.  As such, it's less about the footage that you're giving them and more about how it's getting encoded in Scene 7.

Hmm… I'm wondering how one would best put this to their client.  "Please check the encode settings being used in Scene 7 and make sure that they are in keeping with what you are expecting."  (Maybe?)
