Dual monitors no more! So gorgeous (I've always hated the clunky way OS's deal with dual monitors)

That also opens up the portability factor. Super slim and lightweight.

With the video card you also get realtime performance with Premiere, which is really useful if you edit too.

I just picked up a new MBPro R 15’ from the Apple Store yesterday. Loaded CC14 suite on it and things are running perfectly. Sold my previous model for a little more than 60% of the purchase price with 15 months left on Apple Care. I added just a little under $1400 to the money I got for my used MBPro R and walked out of the store a happy man.

I too would go for the 15” The performance of the 2.3 GHz i7 is really good, the GPU can be utilized for Ray-traced rendering if you really need to do that. I picked the most loaded one they had in the store because I’m leaving on a trip and couldn’t wait for the full meal deal. Saved me about a thousand, and while I would rather have a TB of storage, 500GB will do fine for what I’m doing for now. If I get pushed on performance or storage I can always sell it and upgrade. Within the first year there, if history repeats itself, the price difference will be negligible.
