What I would do is dedicate one of those cards to being a display
card and not hooking the monitors up to the Titan. If I remember
correctly you can work with that configuration and let things fly.
As for Cinema 4D, Octane Render is the only thing I can think of
that uses GPUs for render speed improvement.
