Don't forget to vary your input D= evice. It is just as important as a good adjustable chair and adjustabl= e desk.  everything should be adjustable. So if you don't have a t= ablet, get one. Along with a track ball... learn to use them. As soon as you= feel a little pain... Stop using that device move to the next one.
Get an adjustable desk too. 
Try work standing up, or layin= g down!
