i=E2=80=99m 5=E2=80=99 10 and the medium fits = me great, just get it adjusted right and you can also flip the lumbar over = to have two levels of lower back support (pull it up and off the chair back= and flip it over - you can see there are two =E2=80=9Cdepths=E2=80=9D then= slide it back on)

only people i=E2=80=99ve heard of that really = did not like the aeron=E2=80=99s in our previous office of 100+ were people= either too big or too small for the medium sized chairs we had
