| The ideal situation would be to work on your computer while dog paddling.
I have to agree with others who've said that the position is less important than moving around and changing things to keep your body from getting over worked or too sedentary in any one position.
So unless I'm on the bridge of a starship and the chairs have automatic sensors that keep my body massaged and moving, I guess I'll have to stick with my Aeron and working standing up every so often. Which is also why I am looking at an adjustable stool that I can quickly change. Producers Playhouse Oklahoma City 405-858-0700

Isn't zero gravity bad for the bone density? ;)
Jeff I have always wanted a console that worked like Data's chair on Star Trek TNG.
I do some work for Relax the Back stores and they always talk about the advantages of the Zero Gravity position for your body.

That is how I used to edit - I was practically sitting under the desk (and I'm a tallish 6'4" so I was looooow riding) I still sit pretty low, but adjust the chair when I get up otherwise I feel I like I'm freefalling to the floor when I sit back down.

I know another guy (early 50's) who lowers it all the way and practically lies on his back to edit. Go figure...
