I have to agree with others who've said that the position is less important than moving around and changing things to keep your body from getting over worked or too sedentary in any one position.
So unless I'm on the bridge of a starship and the chairs have automatic sensors that keep my body massaged and moving, I guess I'll have to stick with my Aeron and working standing up every so often.
