I have to agree with others who've said that the p= osition is less important than moving around and changing things to keep you= r body from getting over worked or too sedentary in any one position.
So unless I'm on the bridge of a starship and the chairs have a= utomatic sensors that keep my body massaged and moving, I guess I'll have to= stick with my Aeron and working standing up every so often. Which is also w= hy I am looking at an adjustable stool that I can quickly change.
