Once you are in C4d, lite or otherwise, you can save that file and bring in the whole scene as a .C4D

if you just want to bring in the geometry you can save as a obj, c4d, etc and bring it in to element 3d where things move a lot faster

Thanks Teddy,

Can't wait to try it out.  So, to the earlier gentleman's comment then, I guess I can open C4DLite, design something, export to OBJ and then bring it back in to AE?  Or perhaps output to OBJ and use Element.

Go to file -> new -> MAXON C4D file, it will open your C4D lite version.

Yes it is not the full package. But you can do a lot with it. Do you really need muscle deformers? A full Broadcast license pays for itself anyways...

Todd,

Wow.  I did not know that.  I understood it as a limited version not the full C4D.

If you have After Effects, you have Cinema 4D. We include it.
