if you want to make a loop you can enable time remapping and add the expression loopOut()

this will cycle the between the first and last frame of the precomp

for a seamless loop you probably will nerd to go to the last frame and make a new timeremap KF one frame before the end and delete the last KF

I tried to use a track mat instead  of the mask on the layer but this also disable collapse transformation.

Is there a way to use masks on  layer without disabling collapse transformations ?
