I am doing a series of 20 short videos, most using the same template (like a video hive plate made of comps and sub comps)
So I import the AE project template into my project.   Now I dupe it so its template.1.   I open it and go to the comps that you put stills in and fill them up.  All looks good in the master template.

Now time for video 2.  I dupe that template and give it a new name.  Now I go into the photo comps (still with same names of 001, 002 etc) and replace the photos.  Now I go back to the first temp and the photos in temp 1 are now changed.

How do you work with a template to make multiple videos in the same project?  Do I have to change every name of every comp?  Or just the root level folder (which did not seem to work).  Or do I need to open a new project for each one?
