Check out True Comp Duplicator.  It duplicates the sub-comps in addition to your main comp.  Sounds like just what you need:

How do you work with a template to make multiple videos in the same project?  Do I have to change every name of every comp?  Or just the root level folder (which did not seem to work).  Or do I need to open a new project for each one?
