whats your full system config = -

is it a = particular media type thats giving you fits ? or on a particular drive = ?

given the = weird across the board problems you are having I=92d suspect in more or = less this order -

easy ones -

app wipe and reinstall,

CUDA reinstall with latest = ver

video card = drivers - match what=92s recommended by CC as the minimum =  version

more time consuming ones -

OS reinstall + drivers + apps

most time consuming - = hardware problem -

are you actually taking power hits ? bad power has been the = source of weird random crashes before. UPS helps, good PS in computer = helps.

formatting of sector size on your array if using one, = reformat with 4K sectors (PC)

heat problems with CPU=92s & RAM - = have your fans all running ? room temp reasonable ? looked at util that = can monitor temps that they are reasonable  ?

bad hardware - PS, = CPU=92s, GPU, RAM, Mobo in that order
