The more ac= curate your SE solves is for lens, the better the AE look. 2.5 elements will= always have slight issues depending on the amount of pixel coverage they ha= ve, since getting them locked in can be more dependent sometimes on the dist= ortion accuracy. I've had easy and very difficult times getting proper lens matches due to la= ck of trackable information in the distortion areas of the lens. I done plen= ty of tracks that using the simple Optics Compensation plugin worked just fi= ne. It's a case by case scenario really.
