If you have a Creative Cloud account, you have 20 GB of cloud storage with them as part of the bundle, and you can send a link to anyone else to download selected files, folders, etc. using a web interface - I don’t believe another CC account is required. In the Creative Cloud applet, choose Assets > Files, click View on Web, click on the arrow in the lower right corner of an asset (including a whole folder), and select Send Link. You’ll have to agree to make it “public” first, and then you’ll get both a URL and if you like an email auto-sent to you client.

Microsoft OneDrive has a similar service.
