Sounds like you need Shotgun for this too, which has good integration with deadline for rendering

Thanks Lloyd!   Aescripts was my first stop of course for this!

Im actually trying to get some tips/tricks on breaking down scripts into scenes, managing resources and organizing comps, with after effects being the primary application, in the most efficient way possible for 22 minute episodes…  haven’t worked on projects that long, especially on a scale of multiple episodes with larger staff sharing the workload….

Hi Tony

BAO Bones was developed specifically for use on an animated feature film. It is designed to be easier to setup and use than DUIK and is also faster to work with since it's a native plugin and not a script like DUIK.  Check it out and feel free to ask any questions: http://aescripts.com/bao-bones/

Cheers,
Lloyd

Hey -

Looking to connect with any list members who’ve done long form 2d character animation projects exclusively with after effects.  Looking for any tips/tricks in relation to workflow….

May have too much noise for discussing in list, so feel free to email me directly.  I can post a summary of some stuff once I’ve accumulated as Im sure it will be of interest to others
