| You can use the wand selection tool to select the areas you want to fill. Then create a new layer and fill the selection with a color.
Or you can copy and paste your drawing to create a new layer and set the drawing layer to Multiply or darken like you would in AE. Then add a layer below the drawing layer and use the Brush tool to color it by hand.
