Yes they have been good in the past. Sadly not the case this past few months. Opened a ticket via browser. Pleasant and courteous contact – just not solving issues: the 14.0
and 14.1 installers failing, performance issues with particular repeated crashes with the new particle designer using objs and working with the graphs. The things is I can’t find information on what might be a software bug and what could be local to our machines as they are not providing bugs fix list in with updates, they
won’t say in support communication, and they don’t have forums. When I have a problem with Video Copilot software, they have a great forum that is monitored that I can find information from people with similar issues. They also escalate
incidents quickly and get answers. I bought five seats of upgrades two months ago, still no answers.
