if you are using the Mocha pro plugin, then you have the option to do it through the plugin itself (in addition to copy paste like usual with Mocha Ae)

Can someone tell me the new procedure for pasting shape layer data in AE?  I used to mask out an area (like eyes), then come back to AE and paste shape layer data.  I do not see that option anymore. I presume it's built in somewhere now.
