| One thing I do not understand about Adobe is how they continuously change how they name their CC apps. I wish they would just stick with years and .5 releases. It seems very unnecessary that they add to the confusion with their inconsistent app naming. In any event, my Creative Cloud app calls the new version of AE plain old “CC” No 2018 or anything. And if you go into the “About After Effects” dialog box, it is version 15.0.0 (build 180.) And a plugin/script/preset/etc migration assistant would be very welcome!!! It seems like I spend at least a half day making everything gets installed correctly and moved over from previous versions of After Effects.
