Robert,

Take a look at the top little banner over those apps and see where it says "Installed Apps" and "All Apps" or something like that.  It won't show in your installed apps (obviously).  That should find it for you.  Then, you'll see it above CC 2017.

Choose CCAE, the top option and it installs 2018. When it launches it actually says CC 2018 on top of application, after install.
