Mocha's Remove Module could handle most of the types of shots shown in the Cloak video. There is some advanced knowledge required to get consistent results, but this tool has been used on many well know VFX shots over the years and is available now.

The Remove Module is one of the most popular reasons AE artists upgrade from Mocha AE to Mocha Pro. Compare chart found here:
