You can super glue the thread to the inside of the neck = of a bottle or better yet cut a disk that fits in the neck with a hole = in the center. The thread can be sprayed with dulling spray and unless = the background is very light and a backlight reflects on the thread, you = seldom have to do any rig removal to get a perfectly clean shot. You can also hot glue 1/4 20 T nuts The Hillman Group 2511 1/4-20 x 5/16 = x 3/4 Inch Brad Hole Tee Nut, 13-Pack = or Oval Nuts 80/20 Inc., 3675, 10 Series, Stainless Steel Slide-In = Economy T-Nut 1/4-20 (25 Pack) = to the side of a bottle or anything else and attach a threaded rod held = by a Gobo Head. Using a suction cup on a bottle will give you a fairly large funny = looking spot on the bottle that will be hard to disguise in post. Hot = glue will easily hold two or three pounds with a 1/2 inch dab. Super = glue works extremely well.
