| I should report back on this. I was experiencing several issues as my Apple Cinema Display was dying on me. Upgrading to CC 18 just happened to coincide with it. I took delivery of a new display today. I launched Ae and Pr CC 2018, and the problems I reported earlier - app switching and effect mask anomalies seemed to have disappeared. Weird for a display to cause these issues, but I was also using the USB ports on the monitors, and my guess here is that was the most likely issue, since app switching is done by a keyboard. Another problem I was having was that right-clicking stopped working. That also went away when I stopped using the keyboard attached to the ACD. So… sorry for any false alarm. I’ve been working on Ae and Pr CC 18 for a few hours now, and they both are behaving themselves. So far. |
