You can never have too many keying options.

I have only d= emo-ed Primatte, and am no expert on it, but I can say a couple of things: &= nbsp; The price from RG was so steep as to deter me from buying it, and Keyli= ght, created by The Foundry is native in Ae and is a very good keying plug-i= n.

IMO, it=E2=80=99s worth taking the time t= o learn Keylight by watching a few advanced tutorials.  It may be all y= ou need.

I=E2=80=99ve found that in less th= an ideal green screen shots that amateur shooters have given me, it can help= to use two instances of Keylight: one to remove most of the green, and a se= cond to fine tune the key.  I=E2=80=99ve read that this is a reason for= the Intermediate Result option on the first instance.

Try playing with the Screen Matte > Replace Method dropdown. &= nbsp;=E2=80=9COff" may give you the best result.  It=E2=80=99s not the d= efault setting.

In my experience, the bette= r the green screen was shot, the easier it is to key.  But, I have no c= ontrol over the people my clients hire to shoot. Many of them apparently thi= nk all you need to do is hang up some green paper or fabric and shoot away, a= nd on Long-GOP crap codec to make matters worse.

= That said, I=E2=80=99m already a BCC10 customer, and will look at this= upgrade.  I=E2=80=99ve read of some plan to CUDA accelerate their plug= s in Pr, which would be awfully sweet. The Ultra keyer in Pr is pretty good,= but not great, and it=E2=80=99d be nice not to have to Dynamically link to A= e to get better keys.
