I went to install, it prompted me for the registration key but did not offer me a choice on the location. It did offer to remove any unlicensed products, which to my knowledge, I have none. Where is the common located and where do you suppose it installed it to relocate manually if I need? I have often contemplated writing an article that looks at how different ke= ying plugins work, there are a few basic approaches.=C2=A0 Keylight is my g= o-to plugin because it comes with AE, however the last time I had to do key= ing I was very surprised to discover that I got better results with the old= AE 8-bit =E2=80=9CColor Range=E2=80=9D keyer than with Keylight.=C2=A0 Go = figure=E2=80=A6 I will experiment more with this in the future.=C2=A0 I fin= d Keylight crashes constantly with AE 2017, which is why I have been trying= alternatives.

Primatte works in a totally different way to Keylight, so they are likely t= o give different results with different footage.=C2=A0 Keylight is a differ= ence keyer, and works by looking at the difference between the Red, Green &= amp; Blue channels.=C2=A0 A more advanced version of putting a green solid = on top of your footage and choosing the difference blending mode.=C2=A0 Thi= s is why it only really works with green or blue screens.
