Brendan, I compared the post-render against the "master" render in
Premiere Pro, lining them up on a timeline and then toggling the upper
track on and off. I can send you the files if you want to PM me with an
email I can send a hightail link to. Easily reproducible though, I'm
sure. The shift seems more than what you would expect from a single
re-encode pass, having tested multiple generations of ProRes re-encodes
for a long time.
