This is = for people who don't have a farm. RenderGarden is nowhere as advanced = as render farm software like Tractor, but it's a lot easier to set up = and a lot cheaper. By running multiple processes simultaneously, RenderGarden will speed = things up for any output file format. But while people rendering this = way usually need to stick to image sequences, RenderGarden will let you = render out movie segments that are then combined into a full-length = movie by FFmpeg without re-encoding. Yes, like any render farm you need all your machines to have the same = plug-ins and fonts. While we don't officially support earlier versions of AE, I have used = RenderGarden on CS6.
