Rift does do 'simple sequencing' - look for the Arrange section - from one of the popups, select Stagger.

Ensure you've enabled Layers (and KFs) in Rift's UI. Then set a number for the stagger. I normally set Rift's unit measurement/definition to Frames.

Also, I'm pretty sure it's easy to get info (Google) on 'hacking' the old keyboards prefs file.

Subject: [AE] signing a shortcut to ‘sequence layers’ command?

Hi

Is it possible to assign a keyboard shortcut to the ‘keyframe
assistant>sequence layers’ command?

I’m randomly selecting lots of layers, adjusting their length and
re-sequencing them. Rift etc don’t seem to do the simple sequence command.

Thanks.
