There is quite a thread about this on Adobe Forums but it appears Adobe is disinclined to this despite the fact it's causing a lot of people problems. I don't think they appreciate both individuals working on projects that take 3-5+ years, large customers that large deployments. Some people seem to have stable installs, some don’t. There doesn’t seem to be commonality to it.
