I habe checked and unchecked that box a dozen times and it still snaps. That's been what's bugging me is you'd think it's just thst simple...uncheck and its off. Nope. It snaps and you see these guides appear on the screen that are very apparent. It drives me crazy. The only work around is to use arrow keys to move it.
