Yes its true, and its news that we have been talking about for 2 years.

some codecs which are party of QT32 only will mean your media files are no longer accessable… unless some one has an app with the codec built in. something adobe has been working on for years with media core to provide native codec support regardless of OS and its supporting libs, or lack thereof.
