I=E2=80=99ve experienced drifting in and out of sync with a lot of cel = phone video.

What I do is put it Premiere, and when I see the sync drifting, I razor = blade the audio in a quiet spot before the drift, shift the audio track = to correct the drift (Cmd-Opt-left or right arrow on Mac), then repeat = to the end of the clip.

Brute force.
