This is not exactly what you are asking for but ProCreate combined with the  iPad pro and a pen is really awesome if you need to illustrate or paint:

The feeling is better than paper and also better than a wacom+PS

I have been using PS and AE roughly half my life now. Although there are other really interesting tools these two are simply unseparateable to me when working on a mac or pc.
