Subject: [AE] Call for Volunteers for the MediaMotion Ball 2018!!

(I'm cross-post= ing to the IMUG List, so apologies for the redundancy.)

Greetings Listers,

The 21st Annual MediaMotion Ball at NAB in Las Vegas is approachi= ng fast! As many of you know, this event is put on entirely by volun= teers, and we=E2=80=99re looking for people to help out again this year. This year= 's event is on Monday April 9.

One big change this year is the location: the MediaMotion Ball is= going to be at the SLS Las Vegas resort... a LOT closer to the convention c= enter (with its own monorail stop).

We=E2=80=99ll need help with setting up, taking down, manning the= prize table, audio/visual, et al. The shifts are short (and fun), so you=E2= =80=99ll still have plenty of time to enjoy the event.

Volunteers will receive a MMB polo shirt (unless you already have one=E2=80=A6 in= which case, plan on bringing it) and a great breakfast Monday morning at Th= e Peppermill.

For more information about the event, you can check out www.mediamotionball.com.

Please send me an email off-list to let us know you=E2=80=99re in= terested:  houston.wells@gmail.com<= /o:p>

Many thanks,

Houston Wells

MMB Volunteer Coordinator

PS: If we have already corresponded about this recently, I have y= our name on my list. BUT it won't hurt to check in with me just to confirm. T= hanks!
