Damn. I wish I’d thought of that on a spot I did recently. I used Twixtor to do a 20% slow mo, and a few elements in the scene were morphing unacceptably in a small number of frames, making it less than perfect. I decided the overall look was “good enough” for a pro bono project. I experimented with all three Ae interpolation modes, and Twixtor was the best overall, with my stated objections. But, doing a composite using different modes didn’t occur to me.
I’ll put that in the memory bank for next time. Thanks, Roland.
