You might be pushing it too far with that effect.  You've got the quality set to 10?

Created some large (8k) swirling cloud maps using a NASA cloud base map with AE's Mesh Warp used to create the swirling motion.  At first glance they look fine, but when zoomed into small portions of the map I can see a herky jerky motion in a few of the clouds where they will pause for a few moments and then leap ahead.  Anyone know what might be wrong?  Am I cranking the Mesh Warp swirls too far?  Am I better off using a different distortion effect for the swirls.  Something I should change in the render settings?

Thanks,
