Do you really want to make a file that plays back at 240fps, or do you want the 240fps footage to run slowmo in a 23.98 comp?

Hello all, I am stumped again on this. Does cc 2018 handle 240 fps footage? When I import the footage, it automatically installs a codec which is a good sign.

I'm trying to figure out how to ensure it is playing correctly in the comp since it shows highest of 120 fps.  I coukd swear someone said it now goes to like 1000fps.

And second, how do I render this out in media encoder so it's 240 fps?

Appreciate some help.
