you can try to open in acrobat, save as html, and it will create a folder with the assets.... youd have to test to see if theres any pro/cons to image size quality between the two but its pretty simple

5.  Switch to Ps
6.  Create new document
7.  Paste

Is there an easier way or better app to do this?
