Open the PDF in Photoshop. When it opens, choose to open the images instead of the pages. Select all that want that you want to open.

I occasionally have to extract photos from PDF files. Here’s how I do it now:

1. Open PDF in Ai
2. Select image
3. Release Clipping Mask
4. Copy
5. Switch to Ps
6. Create new document
7. Paste
8. Save as JPG, TIFF, or PNG
9. Import into Ae

Is there an easier way or better app to do this?
