Do you have any third-party extensions installed? CEPHtmlEngine is related to extensions -- some are native (like the Libraries and Start screens), but if this error started recently I'd look at anything newly installed.
CEPHtmlEngine is trying to connect with Adobe on the internet. I get this message four times in a row when starting Ac 20j18 on my laptop, but not on my desktop. I dismiss it four times, and Ae appears to function normally. Might be related to a firewall or some network setting on your computer.
I doubt it has anything to do with rendering on your MacPro, unless perhaps you’re using fonts in the typekit. I could be wrong. Your rendering woes could be project or footage item related, which you should be able to suss by rendering with different projects and footage items. To see if it’s network related, shut off your network settings, and see if that helps.
