Mekajiki is the tool building company that Matt Silverman started to fix those small annoying missing pieces, so go give him (and his team) a few pennies for this ;-) https://www.mekajiki.com/ ...and after this, then go bug Adobe to put in this really really basic comp effect into AE as a native effect.
