Are you sure you have = the "Use Comp Frame Number" checked on for the Output Module sett= ings?
If its off you can force AE to render a workarea with a spe= cific start frame number.

Ever since upgrading to Ae CC 2018, I noticed = that when I render one frame or a small number of frames in a range using t= he Work Area, Ae renders the first frame and any subsequent frames designat= ed by my Work Area range.=C2=A0

IOW, if I set my Work Area to frames 7-10 as my Work Area, Ae renders frame= s 1-4.=C2=A0

Is anybody else seeing this?=C2=A0 I=E2=80=99ve un and reinstalled, trashed= prefs, and the behavior persists.

This is really an annoyance when I=E2=80=99ve rendered hundreds of frames i= n Pr, and they all have to be re-rendered, because the only way to get the = proper frames I want updated is to render ALL the frames in my Image Sequen= ce again.
