I have a simple line map of=20 city districts with an alpha.  Client wants to overlay this on video. &= nbsp;I want to stroke the lines so I can change color and make them a tad=20 thicker.  But I=E2=80=99m not figuring this out.  Stroke does not a= pply as its a photoshop file and not vector.  Do I need to take this in Illustrator=20= first?
I can use the fill effect and change color but want=20= to make lines thicker too.

Any ideas?
