| This is the second time I’ve made extensive use of Boris CC 10 effects in a project, only to have it suddenly reject my license after crashing Ae and revert to demo mode / watermarks. Licensing window says I have a valid serial, which is true, but every time I try to activate, I get an Activation Failed error message. This happened on a late Friday night, project is due Monday, and so far, Boris Support is MIA. I entered a support ticket their site, and emailed Support directly a couple of hours ago, and so far, I’m still hanging. C’mon, guys. Some of us need the products we buy from you to work 24/7. Peter has responded to this list from time to time, and I’m hoping this may get his attention. I’m starting to believe more and more in dongles. . |
